Translation Notes
“月影”顾名思义，指的是月下的影子。
诗人在花好月圆之时，举目无亲，内心十分的寂寞和孤独，自己在月下的影子似乎已不是影子，而是自己的一位亲人，一位能够知己意的朋友。每个人都会有那么一刻的孤单和彷徨，而陪伴自己的只有自己在月下的影子。因此，“月影”可以理解为一位“知心朋友或亲人”或 是“孤独彷徨”等相关的意思。
“Moon Shadow,” as the name suggests, refers to the shadow cast under the moonlight.
When poets finds themselves alone on a night of blooming flowers and a full moon, they feel a deep sense of loneliness and solitude. In that moment, their shadow under the moon is no longer just a shadow but seems to take the form of a dear companion—someone who understands their heart.
Everyone experiences moments of loneliness and uncertainty, and sometimes, the only company they have is their own shadow beneath the moon.
Therefore, “Moon Shadow” can be understood as a “close friend or loved one” or as a symbol of “loneliness and wandering.”
