Their plan worked and soon Xuan was seriously injured by Xiangliu.
An accessory tied to his belt fell right before Xiaoliu ( how far did it fly exactly? ) and it was the same fox tail that Xiaoyao had given to Cang Xuan.
Xiaoliu was stunned and she suddenly realized who was fighting with Xiangliu.
She was working with Xiangliu to kill her own kin!
At the very last moment, Xiaoliu threw herself before Xiangliu’s claws, shielding Cang Xuan from the fatal blow.

At last, she has finally recognized Cang Xuan!
She was ready to lay down her life for him without any hesitation.
